Tricks to leveling up on Resort World without spending Piastres to do it

Okay girls here are a few tricks and tips for leveling up on Resort world that I have learned.

1) First one is the easiest and cheapest- building and destroying. On your main island, lay down several cottages. They cost $200 to buy, and take 3 min to build. Once it's built, destroy it for $50. You get a quick 25 XP for building it, and 6XP for destroying it. Keep doing this repeatedly. This does take a lot of time and dedication to sitting there building and destroying, but it's relatively cheep to do.Plus it also helps you get your DESTROY trophy under the awards, which awards you with piastres! Bonus!

2) Same thing can be done on the second island, but do it with the tents. This is more costly though and time consuming as the tents cost 10,00 each and take 12 hours to build, but you do get 110 XP for building each one. Destroying costs$2500, but it also gets you 28XP. Build and destroy.

3) Helping others is such a nice ting to do, doubly so when it helps your XP as well! When you see someone on another island (or you can do this yourself on your own islands too) has a building that they are upgrading-indicated by the little spinning cogs above the building- you can speed the process along for them (or yourself). It does cost you a lot of your own money, but you get XP for doing it. Each building has its own amount of XP given, though I did find that the Statue of Liberty, Sphinx and Taj Mahal gave the most. Here's the trick though, when you speed up a buildings process, you are given the choice of doing 1 hour or 5 hours. 5 hours is cheaper for you, but continually clicking the 1 hour button will give you 4-5 times as much XP than the 5 hour option. As I said, you can speed up your own process on your buildings too.

4) In a similar way, you can speed up the process of various buildings under construction. This tends to be very costly, but you do get a varying amount of XP from each building.

5) Don't forget about collections. Sure you can trade in certain collections for rare buildings, but you can also trade a single collection in for cash and XP. This can really add up when multiple collections are cashed in.

6) Don't neglect to visit other peoples islands and clean their buildings! Every click, gives you a bit of XP, but that XP can really rack up on an island with all of it's buildings needing to be cleaned!

For whatever reason you want to level up, be aware that leveling up does have perks and disadvantages. Leveling up does NOT give you any greater chance in collecting the collectibles, in case anyone was still wondering. The more you level up, the more things will cost you. But in the same vein, the more you level up, you get piastres awarded to you with each new level gained, as well as more money awarded to you in the treasure chests. Each time you level up, the XP needed to get to the next level raises.For level 42+ this is a very simple way to do it.
