It's a piece of cloth (it can be a bedsheet, in this party) that you use instead of clothes, wrapped around your body kinda like a tunic. you can see most avatars in here using it. (it is imperative that you are using NOTHING besides underwear while with a toga, of it turns into just a cape. u.u)
