It's a memorial forum for Frank Frazetta, an American illustrator who passed away recently.

He pretty much invented the genre of illustrated heroic fantasy and made a very big impact on the illustration scene in the 70's and 80's - particularly in making illustration a more profitable medium for artist's to work in and get published.
