I'm not really picky on any pizza, really. As long as there some onions, pepperoncini and some Frank's hot sauce on the side...maybe some red pepper flakes too.Haha..

I love a variety of toppings on my pizza, variety is the spice in my life rofl

Sauces: pesto, evoo, bbq

Herbs (basil, cilantro), roasted garlic, jalapeno, pico de gallo

Meats: proscuitto, pepperoni, crumbled sausage, chicken, thick cut bacon

Soft, easy to melt cheese: mozz, ricotta

Veg: caramelized onion, sauteed mushroom, olives, broccoli

It depends on the type of pizza I am eating.
If I am at home and making pizza deep dish style, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, sausage, artichokes, olives, and maybe spinach and more cheese to top it off.

If I am ordering out it depends again. Deep dish or thin crust because each have their merits.
I like a meatier pizza for deep dish but love vegies on a thin crust. I love anchovies but can't stand them on a pizza. Too intense.
