I'd go with eggplant parmesan on this once. Alfredo can be high calorie, but if you look hard enough, there are eggplant parmesan recipes that are low fat and healthy enough you can go back for seconds and thirds.
Some good garlic break, or your favourite steamed vegetables (which can be done easily enough these day with the microwaveable ziplock bags), or just some fresh veggies with your favourite dressing.
And if you'd prefer to have a less plain alfredo, might I recommend buying some blackening seasoning, and blacken some chicken to go in it. So very, very good.
