I personally like bacon, minced onions, lettuce, and cheddar, but have been thinking about putting some deep fried onion rings on there as an experiment. I also wouldn't say no to some curly fries right now.

Cheese, lettuce or spinach, avocado, and a really good dijon or spicy mustard. Maybe some jalapeno or a fried egg sometimes.

While I'm a huge fan of curly fries, there is just something amazing about shoestring fried onions.

I normally have lettuce and tomato with my burgers, but lately I've been eating them separate from the burger--the lettuce even being used as a wrap for the fries in a manner to Vietnamese-style Spring Rolls. Reason for this stems from a change in taste starting around two years ago where I started craving the meat itself. As such, any burger I make for myself will usually have no toppings--just the burger and the bun. =u=

That said, I'm not 'anti-topping'. I enjoy a fried egg on top of my burger, maybe bacon sometimes. Mustard and/or Ketchup are also welcome additions provided I don't have any Horseradish sauce on hand. OuO
