Has anyone ever tried this? I didn't even know it existed until today. Ramen subs, sandwiches, and burgers. burning_eyes

Do you think it'll be good? I like ramen and I like bread. I just never thought of combining the two. emotion_eyebrow

Gross. As if ramen needs added carbs. Wouldn't the bread get soggy? emotion_puke

True on the carb part. As for sogginess, I guess you would have the noodles dried or just slightly moist. Like how you drain water from pasta.
i've seen it around before but it doesn't look appetizing. sweatdrop

There's a Japanese dish called yakisoba-pan which is basically the same thing as these, only difference being the noodles are fried after being boiled.

I've heard of a ramen burger and noodle bread but not this. Interesting. If it's not wet and slimey, it might be good. Is there any meat in there?

Wasn't kidding about the ramen burger.

I hope they don't expect you to hold that with your bare hands. burning_eyes
I cannot imagine it being tasty with the soupy ramen. However, many ramen brands here also sell instant mie goreng, which I can imagine to taste a bit better.
I would not try it, just like a fries sandwich does not seem tasty to me.

They give you a wrapper...I think they may fry the ramen after boiling so it maintains shape so you can hold it.

It might not be the same preparation method as the restaurant that made the burger from the photo, but here's a recipe I found on how to make your own: Ramen Noodle Burger

You could, they are pressed out and chilled and then heated up and fried on the grill so they're solid; However, it's best just to eat it with the help of a wrapper.

I wouldn't say it's worth the 8 bucks they charge for it, but it's tasty and not at all as weird as it sounds.

That looks so nasty and I'm sure it would make the bread all soggy.
