The meat is so soft!!!!
you know why?
cows are grown and placed in a confined area, therefore, they cannot walk. if their muscles dont move around too much, it will not toughen up, hence the meat gets soft. (thats why the soft part of a cow is the tenderloin, as that part doesnt move much at all, besides the legs and necks) what more if they will confine the cow.... yeah i know, poor cow. but WOW! a great experience!!! ^_^
