I just love duck. Especially when the skin is nice and crispy. Yum. My second fave is a nice big porterhouse steak cooked medium on the grill. Oh geez, now I'm getting very hungry.

I am a humongous fan of steak and I have been known to sneak bites of raw meat on occasion.

Chicken is a great priority and so is pork.

If I had to choose overall, i'm actually a man of the sea. I will eat fish until the day I die. Halibut and Salmon are my favorites and I like catfish as long as it's not too fatty.

Since i've discovered the wonder of improvised marinades, i've rediscovered the world of meats.

Jerky is amazing, my favorite is reindeer or emu.

beef is my absolute fav
chicken is just..amazing to because there is virturally and endless list of stuff that you can do with chicken.

but seafood is on the top of my list as well

I don't eat meat all the time ( just noticed) I eat them like every once in while. Ribs are my total fav.

The meat is so soft!!!!

you know why?

cows are grown and placed in a confined area, therefore, they cannot walk. if their muscles dont move around too much, it will not toughen up, hence the meat gets soft. (thats why the soft part of a cow is the tenderloin, as that part doesnt move much at all, besides the legs and necks) what more if they will confine the cow.... yeah i know, poor cow. but WOW! a great experience!!! ^_^

Yesterday, I was assigned to butcher a whole back of pork.
ALL of my favourite cuts!

Pork choppies, riblets, sirloin, roast and stock boneeees. xDDDD

I like chicken, beef, lamb, goat, and salmon. I had deer once, and it was great. I want to try rabbit & shark.

I don't eat pig byproducts because I'm Muslim, and I've heard great things about Kobe beef.
