I looked at that raw diet statement and laughed. rofl She became bedridden, delirious, and couldn't lift a pencil to play sudoku because of a change in diet ?! Now that's ridiculous.

I would rather have a small chance of getting colon cancer and get to eat what I want then to have to cut out everything I love from my diet. stare

Red meat is not the only cause of Colon Cancer either.

If I remember correctly, heart disease is the number 1 killer in America, and that is directly caused (in most cases) by eating animal products. You can actually REVERSE heart disease with a plant based diet. smile But yeah, many diseases, so you actually have a very high chance of dying from your consumption of animal products.

LMAO. Then can you explain to me why the oldest people alive strive on animal products and not plant-based diets? That kind of undercuts your whole theory, in that plant-based diets don't turn your s**t gold. What possible negative effects come from NOT eating meat? can you answer that?


None, if it's done right. I could tell you the negative effects one could have from certain foods that are plant based (which is the same principle as when I say dairy and meat is unhealthy), but there are no negative effects from not eating meat known to me since all nutrients in meat can be efficiently or better provided from plant sources. Of course, health is a continuous study - so who knows - in the future we may find out that all vegetarians actually grow a third big toe inside their abdomen as a result of their diet.

And yes, I can explain that. Because the majority of the world eats animal products.... That was easy!

The majority of the cholesterol in your body is actually produced by your body. Also, I like your diet. I just wish I could afford avacados. I'm sticking with my fish, chicken, eggs, milk, and cheese.

Also, when taking a multi-vitamin, you actually only need milk and eggs to survive. The milk and eggs cover all of the essential amino acids your body needs, and the milk gives you the slight amount of sugar and carbs you need to push out your workouts hard.

But that would get boring fast.
