I think the strangest thing I've ever eaten was something I made. Which was ramen with maple syrup. Either that or squid.

I'm Chinese. That should say a lot.
We eat a lot of things that don't usually show up on Western menus ^_^;
Pretty much every part of cows, pigs, lambs, goats, chickens, ducks, goose, etcetcetc...
