How on earth can a salad mix last anywhere near 2 weeks?
I don't touch leafy greens if they've stood opened for more than 5-6 days, even if they've been in the fridge. You probably won't die, but sometimes you can't see mold on leafy greens but you should be able to smell it. It would often have a "bitter" smell to it, if it's too old.
And if you found mold in it, you should throw it out.

I've tossed it away weeks ago since this thread was first made, but the thing is, I hadn't even opened that salad mix yet. It was one of those pre-mixed salads that came with a lid.
