So its the time of year when everything is pumpkin flavored, or has pumpkin in it. What's your favorite dishes/ recipes involving pumpkins?

I absolutely love pumpkin (and other winter squash with the possible exception of spaghetti squash) recipes~

From a breakfast of pumpkin spice lattes and pumpkin cake to pumpkin and mushroom ravioli, or a classic pumpkin pie (though Id much have a pumpkin souffle) .... I could list pumpkin dishes for any time of the day that I enjoy.

Never had pumpkin and mushroom ravioli partly because I am not fond of them, but it sound so interesting do you know where I could find a recipe I have a baking pumpkin thats just about ready to harvest and I think I will attempt to make this <3

mmm,my favorite time.my favorite pumpkin flavored recipes are pumpkin spice lattes,pumpkin tea,pumpkin pie, tried making pumpkin bread and turned out horrible so the store is the way to go, and gonna try to make pumpkin pancakes.^^

Pumpkin butter (like apple butter, a thick, sweet, spicy spread) and pumpkin pie are my faves.
