For about a month and a half I've changed my everyday diet, but every time that time hits I tend to just eat more than usual. Nothing different really, just more. I particularly love apple juice 4laugh

White chocolate macadamia nut cookies. The 7-11 just down the road from us has the best. Big chunks of white chocolate and full macadamia nuts. Protein and sugar. Love them.
