Potatoes, as long as I can put any toppings on it I want to, or prepare them any way I please.

Tater tots, potato and ham soup, twice baked cheesy potatoes, roasted red potatoes and butter, sloppy joe-topped baked potato (don't knock it 'till you try it!), spicy french fries, scalloped potatoes... so many options! I loves me some taters.

Agreed, though I would also like to have anything made of chocolate!

Tofu, with my chicken stock powder, flour and nutrional yeast seasoning. Never did I think I would ever become so obsessed with tofu, it used to gross me out. But my god that recipe is amazing.
