I have potatoes. what can I make?

I'm looking for something interesting; not baked or mashed potatoes for dinner. anyone have any interesting ways I can jazz up a boring old spud into something exciting?

slice? how? length-wise, o they look like fries, or width-wise, so they come out as circles? how much garlic and how much salt?

Hash browns.

Potato pancakes.

Roast potatoes.

Potato skins.

Rebaked potato.

Potato salad.

Potato soup.

slice? how? length-wise, o they look like fries, or width-wise, so they come out as circles? how much garlic and how much salt?

How ever big or small you want them, just cook them long enough.
Put in as much as you want o.o
