I've always wondered how to make homemade curly fries; like how I get them to curl and all

do you have recipies for the hassleback potato; which I've never heard of, but might want to try? Oh and the rebaked potato, roast potato, hash browns, and any good quality meatless or fake meat chili to put on the chili cheese fries? I haven't had that in ages, man.

You can google the recipes, of course. smile But I'll help you with hasselback potato, which is Swedish, BTW.

And of course, you can make a vegetarian chili to put on fries or baked potatoes. (Google the recipe, BTW!)

Oh, and if you want to try the unusual, make gnocchi and pierogi! 3nodding

I would google them, but I'm interested in how you make yours. different people make food differently
i'll try looking up the veg chili though and see if i can make that too, another day

Enjoy your Hasselback potato! 4laugh

Just be sure it's tender enough to eat once it's done; I didn't do that and it wasn't great, though.

And as for different people doing recipes different ways, just use your own judgement and preferences; I prefer to leave onions or something that I don't have available out of mine, for one thing. wink
Ohh, hash browns. Make those, their amazing, haha.
Greek rosemary potatoes c:
I found a recipe for a delicious potato-leek soup some time ago. I make it when we have excess potatoes and my roommate and I are in the mood for something hearty.

Chunk up potatoes into squarish pieces.
Peel and cut up carrots into pieces roughly the same size.
Thickly chunk up an onion.
Stir together and pour out onto tinfoil placed on cookie sheet.
Drizzle on some vegetable oil or chunk up some butter spread.
Shake on salt, pepper, paprika, a little bit of garlic, and only a teaspoon of brown sugar.
Fold tops up and crunch ends together, then shake lightly to spread seasonings.
Sit back on cookie sheet and open top a little bit.
Have oven preheated to 350 and pop in for about an hour.

Comes out delicious.

This actually tastes AWESOME fried in the skillet the next morning with eggs and sausage.
did he just insult mashed potatoes? b***h, they are no boring!

my mom used to cook mashed with a little ranch dressing.

I'm a vegetarian, so my favourite way to cook potatoes is garlic potato wedges. Second favourite is loaded baked potatoes, using nondairy cheese and sour cream, Bac-O's, chopped scallions and chives...SO YUMMEH. :3
