I can't read Korean, help!

I'm having Nongshim black bean instant noodles for lunch...I can't read the korean directions! crying
What's the packet of oil for? Do I add that to the black bean powder?

you add the oil to the soup along with the spices.

The way to make instant noodles is so trivial you wouldn't need instructions. XD You just add as much as you want of anything that comes along with it, if it comes with it you might as well add it unless it says "do not eat". xDDD You mix everything in a bowl and zap it until it's soft and delicious and if it's weird, just zap it again. It's all trial and error.
