It depends on my mood. Sometimes, I eat the red juicy part around the seed and spit out the actual seed. Other times, I eat them whole. Pomegranates are such a messy food, but they taste great!

cut and eat seeds
or cut and use a spoon to tap the fruit so the seeds fall out

I only take the juice. No seed or skin. >.<
