How the hell am I supposed to eat a pomegranate?

I got a container full of the arils, but I'm not sure if I just eat the skin and then spit the actual seed out, or if I eat all of it?

The whole thing, you don't peel it, and you eat the seed. That's how I eat them, tried the other ways, best to eat the whole thing.

If you don't like to eat the seeds, then just make juice out of it. But if they're really ripe, then you won't even notice the seeds, because they're a little bit softer to chew on. If it isn't ripe, then the seeds are hard, crunch and bitter.. yuck! xp

cut it in half, but not too deep, and then try to flip the two sides inside out, making the seeds come out, and gently 'rub' them with your thumb so they come out, and then you just eat the seeds too. don't spit it out, unless you don't like it. I heard the hard part of the seeds cleanses your stomach or something b/c it drags impurities out. or something.
