Sure it's vegetarian, but it's also fried. So how healthy is it really and how could you make it healthier? heart









Falafel is too yuuummmy gonk
Make it yourself. And bake it in a pan with a good non-sticking pan, so you have to use little to no oil.

I'm not sure what falafel is, but there's nothing wrong with fried vegetarian food >.>;

Usually, if something can be fried it can be baked too. Try a baked version of it like Pikkewyn suggested and see if it's just as tasty 3nodding

You can also try frying it with a "healthier" oil and also not use as much of it.

For the Rose is a Beautiful Flower

Contrary to what some people like to say, fat is not bad for you.
In fact, you need to eat a certain amount of fat in order to be healthy.
Some fats are healthier than others, though I can never remember which types are good.
(Other than olive oil, but that's not a good one for cooking with.)
I've baked falafels in the oven and gotten good results.
