Specifically to reduce stress/ anxiety.

Even more specifically those triggered by a phobia. I have a really stupid fear of school buses, and need to ride one everyday this year. So are there like natural things to help me relax when I'm on the bus?
Maybe smelling some lavender?

Anything will help, thanks.

Taking B vitamins will help you to relieve stress.
You should try a supplement.
Plus try a lavender pillow mist to spray on your pillow at night.
I have one from Bath and Body Works!
Lavender will help to soothe and calm your mind before bed.

It's only when I'm on the bus, so neither of those will help me..
Meditation and Oolong Tea.

B vitamins will still help you.
And use lavender essential oil on your pulse points then.

Linden flower tea, also called tilia, is said to calm nerves. It is very tasty, so even if it doesn't help, at least you'll enjoy drinking it. There's another herb I could recommend, but unless you live in CO or WA, marijuana is not legal.
Valerian is supposed to be calming, but stinks to high heaven.

I usually drink chamomile tea to destress.
But that would get tiring every morning.
Hot milk always calms me down.
But I think it is most important that you try to get over your fear for buses. And if you manage to ride on a bus without fear and without herbs, it will make you feel much stronger.

yum_tea ^This. Chamomile is very calming. Try having a mug of hot chamomile tea on the mornings when your anxiety is worst. If your stress causes nausea, mix a little ginger into your chamomile tea to settle your stomach.

As a poster mentioned above, B-vitamins help to de-stress people. Instead of just taking pills (since supplements tend to be expensive) try eating whole fruits and vegetables naturally rich in B-vitamins, such as bananas or chili peppers, for breakfast. These foods will have other health benefits than just stress relief, as well.

Of course, if your anxiety reaches a point where you find it impairs your ability to go about your day, then you should consult your doctor. You may need medications a lot stronger than an herbal supplement or vitamins.
