Got a question. I harvested my sunflower seeds a week ago or something. And I had let them out to dry. cause I wanted to keep some. And at the time I put them out in front of a sunny window (We've had an abnormally longer summer this year) but lately (past couple of days) it's been cold and dreary and I've been busy thus neglecting my seeds. I did not store them in a container, I just had them on an open sheet--so I didn't expect this to happen.
I went to check on it and I noticed that some seeds were showing early signs of molding. A little fuzz--or at least Im pretty sure that's what I see. It's not a large ratio of sunflower seeds but just an occasional one here and there.
Is this stuff still usable to save or salt water to roast later or is it all a bust? I'm not quite sure what to do with them.
