Hi all. I've made my new home on the gaia forums here in the F&D forum. There are so many wonderful people here and we all have so many different tastes and such - I love it. I decided (since I'm bored and I love making stuff like this) that I would like to make a quilt here for all the people who post here regularly (even if you don't, you can still be included!) The next post is where I'll have the quilt located.

If you'd like to be on the quilt, you have two options:

1. If you want to make your own patch, all you need is an art program like paint. Take the blank image below. Put an image in it (your favorite food, a food that represents you, whatever - as long as its a food/drink!) by saving the food image and opening it, along with the patch, in paint. The size of it needs to be 100x100!! Add your name or nickname somewhere on the image. You can get as artistic as you want with it or be as simple as you want - that's totally up to you. Just try not to use the same image that others have - there are millions on the internet! If you need somewhere to upload an image, try tinypic.com. Its free and you don't have to sign up.

2. If you're not artistic and/or don't want to make your own patch, Kyro Kemeko or myself can make you one! Just tell us what kind of food you want on it and we'll get it up for you ASAP =D

Just post your patch or request here. No need to PM it - I'll check here daily.

Aww awesome, I hope you get time!

I got this idea from the whole profile quilt deal. I have one and its so much fun finding other patches to add to my quilt. I figured since I lurk here ALL the time, haha, it might be fun to make one here. That way all us "foodies" can find one another and see all the varied tastes and such biggrin Just hope others agree and participate!

You save the image in my first post. Open it in paint. Go on the internet and find a food image you like, open it in paint and get it to the size of the image in my first post. Add your name to it. If you don't want to do all that, just post your favorite food image here and your name/nickname. I'll then make one for you to go in the quilt smile
