• Health/Allergies/Lifestyle/Diet Eating to lose weight, food allergies, eating for health, and more.

Topics that DO NOT Belong in the Food & Drink Forum

• Bashing dietary choices: While you may discuss the merits of eating/not-eating meat or other dietary choices, please do so in a civil manner. Posts which are hateful or abusive will be removed.
  
  
• Body/Weight Issues: Many of us have these issues and it is understandable that users would want to discuss this. This forum is not intended for that purpose but you can do so in the Life Issues Forum.
  
  
• Promoting Eating Disorders: Eating disorders (Bulimia/Anorexia, etc) are serious issues and topics promoting eating disorders as a positive dietary choice will be removed.
  
  
• Dangerous Advice: Deliberately giving harmful or bad advice is not going to be tolerated. We want Gaia's users to be safe. Threads encouraging harm will be deleted. Offenses of this nature are a bannable offense.
  
  
• Favorite/Least Favorites: Please post your favorite/least favorite foods/restaurants in the favorites sticky. All other threads will be moved to the Recycle Bin. Click one below!

• Pictures of Food: If you have nothing specific to discuss about a certain food, but have a picture that you really want to share, please post it in this sticky. All other threads will be moved to the Recycle Bin.
