I'm sooo obsessed with pasta that I eat it every day. My boyfriend and I have gone through 20 kilos in 5 months...no joke.

My favourite recipe is so simple..it's pasta with red pesto and some habanero tabasco sauce!

yum_tea Chicken fettucini alfredo. I usually make a herb rub for the chicken and grill it, then add it to the alfredo sauce to finish. Unfortunately, I haven't quite learned how to make alfredo sauce from scratch, so I'm pretty sure it's not as good as it could be since I use premade sauce. One day...one day...

But that isn't the original recipe.
I tried recipes like that, but it didn't taste like real carbonara. It contains nearly no cream, and a lot of eggs.
