I like birthday cake flavored ice cream or the combination of chocolate peanut butter and expresso ice cream. Sounds weird, but it's so good!

I used to have a teacher that made ice cream his white chocolate rocky road was the best ice cream I have ever has, but since he is no longer my teacher I no longer get his ice cream I have settled for Green Tea ice cream
