Dishes that don't have tomatoes?

My friend is having a birthday party this Saturday and it will be a potluck.
She's allergic to tomatoes, so I don't want to to risk bringing anything that will set off her allergic reaction.
That being said, what are some dishes that don't have tomatoes that are good for parties?

Note: It will be at the park and it will probably be 90° that day.

Update: What are some good spices to put in spaghetti as a replacement for sauce? I would also be putting butter.

My favorite potluck dish is Watermelon blueberry salad.

1 small to medium sized ripe watermelon
16oz blueberries
3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped basil

mix together and chill 1 hour before serving.
