One day I dabbled with a cookie recipe of mine via adding a little milk to my cookies. The result was amazing so I'm deciding to share. >3>
Ingredients:
Wet:
1/4 Butter ( 2 Tblsp)
1 Egg
8 tsp Milk
3 tsp Vanilla extract (or a cap full depending on preferred taste)
Dry :
240-400 ml Flour
100 ml Cocoa
50 ml Brown Sugar
50-70 ml White Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch-1tsp Salt
Wet:
1/4 Butter ( 2 Tblsp)
1 Egg
8 tsp Milk
3 tsp Vanilla extract (or a cap full depending on preferred taste)
Dry :
240-400 ml Flour
100 ml Cocoa
50 ml Brown Sugar
50-70 ml White Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch-1tsp Salt
I apologize for the vagueness of some of the ingredients since I make them from scratch and I'm trying to remember off the top of my head.
Preheat oven to 350F
In a large bowl beat the Egg, Butter, and Vanilla together.
Afterwards mix the Sugars, and Cocoa in with the wet ingredients. Test the batter's taste and add sugar/cocoa/vanilla according to preference.
In another bowl have the Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt.
As you mix gradually add the remaining dry ingredients
Finally add and mix the milk. The batter should be cross between firm like cookie dough and smooth like brownie batter - ie you should be able to roll them into balls half the size of a golf ball and have them maintain shape (even if they are a little slimey). If not you need more flour (which is why Gradually adding it is important as well as easier to mix).
You should be able to fit 12 batter balls onto a cookie sheet- evenly spaced out- .
Bake for 8-10 minutes- or until they have a slight crack in the top like a brownie.
Then eat. >o>
Optional: Chocolate chips.
Merry Christmas ;3
