I have some expiring salmon in the freezer, what are some simple quick dishes I could use?

Season with butter, salt, lemon pepper and dill. Then wrap it up in puffpastry, give it an eggwash and bake in the oven! It's simple and delish!

.__. Well then... marinate in teriyaki sauce and make a noodlewok with the salmon and veggies? Or just panfry it.
