I'd like to see a Console remake (Not a Port, mind you.) of One and Two, complete with Three Dimensional graphics, and voice-overs. And it should be released for the Playstation Two.

I'd also like to see a remake of Nine, fix up the graphics a little bit, so they don't look all choppy, and again, voice-overs.

These topics are beginning to bug me. confused

There doesn't always have to be a remake. Only ones that have been remade so far is the ones on OLD consoles. It'd probably be better to just put 5 and 6 on PSN rather than working on yet another remake, as well as the PS1/PSX titles.

None, remakes ruin the original feel of a game. Would it be nice to see a game with better graphics? Yes, would it be the same game? In a sense yes, but depending on how they do it. A 3D remake tends to ruin the feel of the original game, I hated the remake of III and IV because it didn't seem to feel like the same game.

Well, you sir have just made an a** out of ones self.
If they did indeed remake 1 to 10 on a console with the power of the PS3, then Square would indeed make a lot of money, and that's all they're really out for. This is only my opinion of course.

Actually, no, I'd love a 2D remake of FFIII, one with nice looking sprites. Honestly. I hate discontinuity and the random jump to 3D didn't make me love it.

I just finished the opera scene a few minutes ago.
I really like VI so far. I wouldn't mind playing a 3D version.

If they were to remake V, it could work on DS or PSP, I don't really know.

For VI, I personally thing they should just better the graphics, at least.

VII, VIII and IX will probably undergo the same as VI. X and XII don't need remakes.

I guess FFVIII would be cool as a remake. With voices and better graphics and such.
I love FFIX, and think that it's amazing as it is, but if there was a remake in the works, I wouldn't really mind so much.
I'm a little bit indifferent when it comes to FF remakes. I don't necessarily NEED or WANT them, but it would be pretty cool if some of my favorites are remade/remastered.
Although, I didn't really like the remakes on the DS... That kind of needs to stop, even though DS and PS2 are the systems I play the most.
