I didn't like Quina very much... He/She was just a boring character that only seemed to care about their food when they joined Zidane and the others. Quina was useful in battle though, can't argue with that, Blue Magic did come in handy - it's just I wasn't too pleased with the personality of the character theirself. Just seemed so dull, and I didn't even get what they even were, they looked like some clown, egged thing. lol.

Congratulations, Lil4leafclover. After 601 pages of replies to this thread, and hundreds of those saying they hate Quina, you are the first person to dislike it for an actual reason and at least give it credit where it is due.

Seymour I aboustulely hate him...He wanted to marry Yuna...and he was really damn creepy to me.
Aerith shes sweet and nice..but very annoying to me.I wanna add to that:Square made her way too innocent.I can tell.It's always like Aerith is a prefectionist!
Yunalesca-She looks like a slut,acts like one too.

I didn't like Wakka from FFX because I could not seem to care about him as a person. All attempts to make me pity or like him were not enough to deter me. However despite my animosity for him, he was a BEAST in battle thanks to his "natural sphere grid," and I used him because I like to fight effeciently so he was the best choice for enemies that flew. In fact, Wakka saved me many many times. He was a great character for fighting, especially if you move him to Auron's area of the sphere grid, but as a character in general? Not so much.

I reall reallly don't like Ashe from FFXII. Because you could make them whatever you wanted them to be, she was good at most things. I'd say she was made a good red mage. Battle aside I did not like her as a person. While I can understand that she is under the stress that she wants her kingdom back, she went into a sick obsession where she was just plain bitchy to everyone and only thought of Rassler and Dalmasca. I didn't see much struggle with the decision to make regarding the Sun Cryst. All I saw was her looking down in the typical "I'M IN DESPAIR" pose and sighing as if she were having menstrual cramps. Then despite all she went through with everyone she suddenly only thinks about Balthier and forgets the rest. It was so pathetic how Penelo had to make an excuse for her when writing to Larsa. Busy? Sure I can accept that, but too busy during the entire year to visit the very people (Penelo and Vaan) that helped you back into power? BS. Vaan bought his own airship without anyone's help. Okay maybe there's some "symbolism" in that Vaan had to "learn" how to "fend for himself as a pirate to become true pirate" blah blah blah, but I'm not buying it. For one Vaan has fended for himself as a child. Secondly, Ashe could have done something, maybe even given him a little gil to help his cause. I'm quite sure Dalmasca had plenty of reserves to get Vaan his own airship or even pitch in for one; it's not like Dalmasca suffered any major damage to not have enough funds, unlike Bur Omisace. I have other reasons for disliking Ashe, but then I'd wind up writing an entire essay about it. Good character for battling, but her as a human being? Definitely not my cup of tea.

Actually there's alot of characters I didn't like in FIX but those are the one's I really found stupid.

I've had this grudge against Rinoa from FFVIII too, she uses a fricking toy to fight her enemies. Has some dog that digs up potions you've already got a ton of and wears some kind of weird robe that only covers het buttocks.

I hated FFX-2 and FFX. . .I loved FF3 for the DS but it got boring fast. . .

I hated Tifa in VII but she does cool kick butt moves in AC, Totally!
And please No Cloti or Tifa fan gettin' Agro on me Now,Just be chill about it,Ok.
But when Tifa was fightin' in AC against Loz her moves were Sick!
Im chill 'bout it ,ya know.
But she made me not Chill when I played VII and KHII ,she just made me really Agro eek she was like totally clingy in AC and in KHII which is totally not Chill sweatdrop

Sephiroth was the shittiest idea for a villain ever.

I think Sephiroth is the most over-rated villain in the history of Final Fantasy. He seems too cliche for my tastes. I thought that Jenova was the true villain of Final Fantasy 7. Just wanted to get that out of the way.

FFVII: I already mentioned Sephiroth, but I hated Cait Sith and most of the Shinra corporation (with the exception of Reno, Rude, Hojo, and Rufus). Most of Shinra corporation (Old Shinra president, Scarlet, Heidegger, Reeves, Elena, Tseng, and Palmer) were unnecessary and were quite annoying to fight against in general. Cait Sith uses a megaphone to kill his enemies, and he's a traitor that comes back to life.

FFVIII: The only character I really didn't like was Squall. He didn't have any problems except that he didn't want to communicate with others. Overall, Squall shouldn't have been that depressed with his life because it looked like he was having a great life. I liked Rinoa because she's a dog lover. heart Other than that, the other characters were ok, and the story was good.

FFIX: I really didn't like Steiner and Eiko. Steiner was way too over-protective of his darling princess Garnet and Eiko was a brat. What can I say.

FFX: Tidus and Wakka are the first that come to mind. Wakka, to me, was overpowered because he could hit any enemy (flying or not) with that blitzball of his. Oh, and the accent got on my nerves too. I liked Tidus up until he high-fived his old man. That was just corny to me. The story was pretty good though.

FFX-2: This game ruined my image of Yuna. Enough said.

FFXII: I thought that Vayne could have been a great villain, but it irritated me that he didn't do anything that defined him as a villain until the very end. Vaan was powerful in my party, but he didn't seem to fit into the story as much as some of the other characters did. Penelo felt out of place too, and I felt the only reason she was there was so she could be with Vaan. Other than that, the characters were ok.


By the way, I see the word "emo" get tossed around a lot on threads like these and I just wondered what it actually meant to be emo.

Aww, but Aeris is supposed to be innocent - her role is to be like some sort of angel that gets killed for everyone else. She plays the Jesus role, if that makes sense. I mean, she runs off so Cloud & Co. don't get hurt, and dies for the planet.

I agree with Seymour... UGH, they could NOT have failed on a character more than that. Oh, wait, no, they did - WITH THE ENTIRE FF10 CAST. BLECH.

NOOOOO! Kuja is AWESOME! He's so gay, it's fantastic! And he actually has a motive for wanting to destroy the world - Sephiroth was just, um... mentally unstable.

I didn't like Tifa. I found her annoying. And her outfit? Sheesh. [Not to mention my mom wants me to cosplay her >_<].

And Cloud. Ick. Emo. Stupid. Indecisive. Just ... Yeah. Ick.

Thought that FFX was stupid. But X-2 was worse.

My oppinions, though.
