Sticky: The bad and the hated: Which games/characters suck?

I... can't say I really hate anything... Reina kind of irritates me (she keeps getting poisoned - overused much?). Krile's kind of just... there... but she's alright and has a cute enough field sprite. Aeris... I hated her to begin with for being girly... but now I love her to little bits. I might hate Quina, but s/he has some of the most priceless quotes. Cait Sith... um... bleh.

Garnet. I LOATH her!! You have to save her so many times!! And when you think you can FINALLY make use of her summons, what does she do? She goes and loses her voice! which means she can't concentrate!! I HATE GARNET!!!

I hate her to. My sister also hates her. She's so annoying!! Why didn't they let her die when the queen wanted her summons? And Zidane is so awsome! Why would he love someone like her??

Out of all of the FF games i've played.....bieng IV,VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, Tatics Advance, Crystal Chronicles and X-2, I can't really say that I hate any of them... hell, I don't actually hate any of them, but all of them had a bunch of room for improvement! ^^

But as for Characters theres:

Edward from FF IV: The spoony bard! And in my opinion, one of the most useless Final Fantasy characters ever made.....I mean an option to HIDE!? Why!?

Kefka from FF VI: Wussy coward....I hate cowards, especially if they're villains....I mean sure he was the main villain, but as I played through the game, I see him whine about getting sand in his boots, I see him bieng blown away by a strong wind, I see him bounce around screaming 'YEOUCH!!' after I blitz him with Sabin when Sabin, Shadow and Cyan attack him in a camp. And before that he gets shocked and faints!

Sure, he kills General Leo, and then ruins the world, but he used the powers of the goddess statues, not his own. And the reason why I say that he didn't destroy the world is because....he didn't....if you want to see a world destroyed, check out Lavos from Chrono Trigger, or for an even better example, look at Smoke from Mortal Kombat III and use his Armageddon fatality.

And do we know anything about him at all?! Except that he was the first Magitek soldier, thats the only thing we know about him. He was an extremely underdeveloped villain, who had potential, but it wasn't used for some sad reason......

Queen Brahme from FFIX: Ewwwwww.....ok, what in the hell was Square thinking when they created her design?! Although....is it REALLY a female? ^^ I mean seriously.....Although I felt sorry for her when she died....

Oh lord, I absolutly hated FFVIII and FFII(The real one, not FFIV)

VIII was just boring to me. Junctioning, leveling, plus that damn pre-game quiz! Boooo!

II sucked because the only way to gain HP was to nearly kill yourself. No leveling up, nothing! Although the idea of Weapon class skills was kinda good...

because she was the most beautiful girl in FF9,shes mature and she was very kind and innocent.
Like duh! Why wouldn't Zidane love her?! <.<
Anyways,
The most FF chracter I hate is Yunalesca!! becasue she is so hard in the game and she was pure evil,she even killed Auron in the past!! Eww,plus she looks like a really ugly whore!! stressed
Anyways I hate Quistis!! she is such a friggin mean cow!!
and Wakka is such an annoying,bulldog!!
Rikku looks like a super slut,but I don't hate her..shes just annoying somtimes but still I guess she okay.

I hate Yuna! I HATE HER! She is such a pansy and doesn't deserve the powers given to her! I also don't like the New Final Fantasy Tactics for Gameboy Advanced or the Fact that they made Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles only for the Gamecube, even though I heard the game sucks.

I disliked Final Fantasy VIII out of all the games ^^; some of the characters were ok, and the storyline had potential, but in general it had one of worst junctioning systems, gameplay, least atmosphere, and some of the worst characterization in the FF-verse as I've come to know it ^^; which isn't all that bad, mind you.

Something that also turns me off from this game is the romance -_-; it was incredibly random and both Squall and Rinoa's personalities did 180 degree spins and went quite out of their defined characters very suddenly.

However, Edea was awesome ^_^

Has anyone even said Yuffie? I still hated her for stealing my materia and making me go through a whole quest in a materia-less state to get it back. And personally I thought she was one of the weakest characters, next to Cait Sith.

Ah but Yuffie can easilly become one of the most useful characters in the game. Get her all the stat boosting items, the Conformer, and Morph materia and she'll be doing max damage with Morph instead of 24 (Conformer is only weapon that does any damage when morphing)

I really can't stand Final Fantasy 2. Everything about that game is horrid. Well the plot was alright but gameplay makes me want to pull my hair out.

I didn't like X-Death as a villan (FF5). He has more than enough chances to wipe out the party but he never did and let them become powerful enough to see the credits.

I can't stand FF9's card game (someone explain to me how not telling me the rules is a good thing stressed ) 8's was better and was actually worth investing in (refining anyone?)

And I agree with anyone who can't stand Wakka. If i wanted an odd long range fighter i would want an archer or something other than a piece of sporting equipment.
