Sephiroth without question, I really like his decent into madness whilst at the same time he became such a prophet, I also really dig the Masamune sword he wields

Rikku for me, she has such a cute look and a sexy little body made better when she took to wearing a bikini for FFX-2

Sephiroth again, How can you not love a guy so determined to screw up the world that even his own untimely DEATH could not stop him

I find Terra, Rydia, and, of course, Rikku to be the sexiest/most attractive characters.

That's tough but overall I have to say... Rydia. She went through hell and is a very unique character. I liked her a lot in IV but shes a close tie to Locke in VI.
