Mine are "the bombing mission", "let the battle begins!" in Final Fantasy VII And "Blinded by light" in Final Fantasy XIII.

I have a couple of favorite tracks myself. Lets see here. Tell me what you guys think.
Birth of a God-FFVIIBest Boss Battle in that game.
Crazy Motorcyle Chase-FVIILove this track.
Final Battle VS Necron-FFIX
Fisherman's Horizon-FVIIII would stand in town and let this play over and over.

These are few, FF has really great music and Nobuo Uematsu is a genius.

Sephiroth ftw

Not being mean, but Sephiroth's theme was the most randomest song from Final Fantasy I have ever heard. The drumbeats were cool but the rest of the song was so annoying it was stuck in my head for months. I would make fun of Sephiroth's theme in his face...and by in his face, I mean 6 feet away from him because he has a long sword and knows how to use it, though we could be evenly matched and our battle more epic than Cloud. Overall, his song isn't THAT bad. stare

I know it says to choose one but there a quite a few I like...

Caius' Theme-Final Fantasy XIII-2
Messenger of Destruction-Final Fantasy IX
And something probably most people might find odd:
Their Resting Place(a.k.a Shuyin's Boss battle theme)-Final Fantasy X-2

Just normal encounter battle themes though I like the ones from IV,VII, VIII, and IX.
