I- Red Mage (Cosmos) - Maybe one of the four fiends? (Chaos)
II- Maria (cosmos) - I don't know, I never got far enough in II (chaos)
III- Devout/Scholar/Warrior (Cosmos) - Xande (Chaos)
IV- Edge (Cosmos) - Rubicante (Chaos) Only because in my opinion, there are no other antagonists/hero relationships in the story.
V- Faris - Gilgamesh
VI- Celes- Gestahl? (LOL)
VII- Tifa (Only because she and Celes are the only females in the FF universe I respect) and maybe Rufus, just for the giggles.
VIII- Zell and Seifer (I hated the entire cast of this game >.> wink
IX- Freya -Beatrix
X- Yuna - Seymour (cuz I found his voice really creepy)
XI- Aldo or Zeid - Eald'Narche (The rise of the zilart villain) or Prishe and Nag'Molada. Eald'Narche and Nag'molada are in my opinion, THE GREATEST villains in the FF universe, no argument.
XII- Balthier and Cid

Ew, please no Rinoa in Dissidia. I may not own the first or anything but if I was interested in getting the second I definitely would not want to see that lame character in it.

Seifer vs. Squall or Zell would be the s**t!

Have you not seen Rinoa in Dead Fantasy? She is a goddess!!! She would be over kill rape you in the a** and then b***h slap you pwnage. If you haven't watch Dead Fantasy you fail and have to go watch it now if your a real FF fan >-< not trying to be mean or anything, but Rinoa deserves more credit than you give her. Shes a well balanced character with a great back story.

Um no, she wishes she could be that cool as a character. I've seen it but she still failed. Rinoa will never be a good character in my eyes. She's a Mary-Sue if I've ever seen one. Her back story is lame as hell "Oh I'm going to rebel against my daddy because I have nothing better to do, I'm a spoiled brat, I'm going to lead Timber Owls but can't fight and have SeeD's protect me and then I'll ditch my friends so Squall can protect, oh save me Squall save me! Oh Squall I like you but you have to be this, this and this. Oh no I'm in trouble again, Squall save me'. If anyone likes Rinoa, then well I don't know what to say because its just ridiculous. She totally ruins VIII and Seifer tried to make her a true fighter but she was just stupid, I was so happy when Seifer tossed her to Adel, too bad she didn't effin die. Ugh.

Actually it was more like 'my shitty father's not doing his damned job right so I'm gona have to step in and help my home town in his place.' and 'the people of timber aren't a match for those soldiers and I don't want any unnecessary deaths so I'll higher professionals. ' shows how much you know about the game -.-

Oh I've played the game many of times to know all that s**t. I'm just saying Rinoa is just plain STUPID. She didn't think it over before she made all these plans and put all these people at risk of harm plus when she realized her idiotic mistake, she went whining to Squall to help her, forced her 'contract' on him in order for him to stay. Not only that she's shallow; like at the SeeD ball, seeing Squall she was like 'Your like the only cute guy around' wtf? Then she obsessed too much over Squall and Squall's sudden transition of I'm in love was absolutely the shittiest thing ever. I mean one minute he's like ugh she's so annoying and the moment she's out cold he's like 'oh my god don't die i love you'.
Don't call me stupid just because I believe Rinoa was a shitty character, there are A LOT of people who agree with me and she is probably the most hated FF character out there. I'm sorry I don't respect people who need to be saved more than once. Once; it was cute. Twice; Its like okay whatever. Three; gritting your teeth, Fourth; you should just die.
Seriously, I wish Rinoa had been sacrificed or Adel killed her or she got lost in space forever, I wish we had that option.

Personally, I wouldn't want the love interests of characters to be involved with another dissidia cast. Consider this, the story,(Though I really thought it was pretty lame.) was more or less straight forward with little distractions. It was still rather long though, unless you played through it quickly as most did. Would you really need more distractions from the main plot?

I know my wording sucks but my mind is too scrambled to put it properly. All I know and believe is that Rinoa COULD have been a good character if she wasn't so stupid, lame in general, and needed to be saved a billion times PLUS was a whiny, spoiled rotten character.

I think VIII's plot in general was pretty good with the whole idea of a Sorceress from the future and everything but it was rushed and the plot focused too much on romance which will always ruin things. Especially if its a romance like Squall and Rinoa.

Eh, I didn't like the playstation generation stories. I felt the way the put things, I forget what I'm supposed to be doing. But then again, my taste for FF is practically gone with most of the fanbase. When I see a lot of problems with FF weather its voice acting or the way things are played out, I can't help but compare it to Drakengard, one of the lesser known titles I keep hearing and one of the craziest titles they ever released.

But I find myself ruining most games by asking simple questions such as how and why. You’d be surprised how many stories get ruined when you question. 8 was one that was ruined for the people around me because I dug and asked too many questions. Considering Hynn(If that is how its spelt) was considered male, or at least that’s what it appeared in everything I found, why are there only Sorceress? Is it a possibility of a Sorcerer? Is there a possibility of more than one sorceress? And of course, this question made the Laguna fans pretty mad, why would a highly technological city with a complex government want Laguna, a Bartz rip off with the same intelligence as Bartz, a Michael Jackson look alike, and a mute janitor to be their leaders, most likely not having any political knowledge, or any knowledge of what they experienced. You don’t become a successful leader overnight.

But then again, that is just me.

The thing is, Rinoa has NO good qualities about her, at least not that we saw, look at her 'partner', she uses it as a WEAPON, another mark against her, sorry but I am not seeing the ''good'' here, Rinoa is an annoying, spoilt brat who doesnt have any redeeming qualities about her and IF she did, the bad FAR out weigh the good.

Also, voicing your opinion on why you don''t like a character isnt called trolling, if we were saying inflamatory comments about a user/their opinion/etc then sure, we would be, but since we are voicing our opinion about how crappy a character is, it is not trolling.

You all keep saying that Rinoa is a "spoiled brat" well here is proof to contradict your 'claims'

I could spend all day nit picking at all of your favorite characters too, its easy to find flaws. No one in this world likes to find the good points, especially not here in America. It just saddens me whenever people talk trash on senseless bases.

This is basically how you sound: Seifer was a sad and lonely what would be a mamas boy if only he had a mom... but he didnt so he went around following the closest thing he had to a mom, Edea. To me hes a second rate Sephiroth minus the bad a** powers and ambition. He was so stubborn and pig headed that he didnt care that he was aiding the doom of the universe. He just wanted to be the Knight in silver armor to the one mother figure he ever had in his life even going as far as to betray his two best, and only, friends. The really sad thing though is he couldn't even tell that the woman he was so obsessed in serving wasn't even in her right state of mind. Actually, when I really think about it, Seifer is more comparable to Kadaj. A whiny little kid who just wants all of mommy's love.

And to be honest, I found Rinoa to be a much much MUCH more valuable party member than Selphie. Her limit breaks have been almost as helpful, if not more, than Squall's while Selphie's limit break just disappointed me. Really now, invincibility that lasts longer than the Holy War item vs very unreliable slot system that, more than not, deals less damage than a regular attack. Not to mention that Rinoa is one of the best magic users in the game comparable to Edea, who you only get to have for a short amount of time.

The reason why Rinoa picked Squall to dance with her was not because he was 'good looking' it was because she needed to look inconspicuous and Squall was the only guy just standing by himself looking lost. A perfect target to use as a cover. Her saying that he was the only good looking guy there was just to get him to dance with her. Its like a guy using a pick up line that says a girl is the most beautiful girl in the room when its most likely not true.

Also Rinoa did not leave her timber owl comrades by choice, she was taken prisoner along with everyone else. Then upon finding out that there was more at steak than just her home town's freedom, she decides to disregard her own well being and do all that she can to help save the world and all of the people in it. It is that kind of selflessness that real world people need.

Rinoa had every right to say that Squall should stop being such a cold jerk. He was being a d**k to everyone including his 'friends' and that didn't sit well with Rinoa because shes a kind and caring person.

Never once did I call you "stupid", but your aggressive and unstable claims are making me regret not doing so.


If you think that being a selfless and caring person is annoying then you must be the type of person who sits on the sidelines laughing while someone is dieing.
