Dissidia: Final Fantasy - Released in All Major Territories!

[Paradigm Shift Telluric]

So, during some ad-hoc battles today, I found a use for Zidane's otherwise useless Tidal Flame thing.

Not really anything special, but I tried it in a few other battles, and people often get faked out by the first Tidal Flame and Shift Break, and forget about the second one lurking in the shadow of the two previous attacks and get hit.

Doubtful, Khimari doesn't play much of an integral role in the story.

Auron and Yuna where pretty much the only other mainstream story characters besides Tidus. confused

There are 22 characters in Dissidia: Final Fantasy. The characters are listed below, excluding Gabranth and Shantotto.

Biography:

Tidus is the son of Jecht and the star Blitzball player of the Zanarkand Abes. He witnessed his home city of Zanarkand be destroyed by Sin. Sin was able to transport Tidus 1000 years into the future where he meets Yuna, a summoner on a quest to destroy Sin with help of the Final Aeon and her guardians. Tidus then learns that Sin is Jecht and tries to find a way to free his father and save Yuna's life from summoning the Final Aeon and end a never-ending cycle.

He is carefree and sometimes does not think before he takes actions. He can sometimes act like a child and become too emotional in wanting things to go his way. Because of this, he often tries to find alternative ways to problems and scenarios; A predominant one being the conflict between himself and his father. Tidus only has one thing he wishes to do once he finds his father, and that is to tell him how much he hates him for how he was treated in his childhood and putting his mother through after Jecht disappeared.

Due to Tidus's love for Blitzball, he uses similar abilities he uses in Blitzball in battle. His Overdrive, 'Blitz Ace', is accessed as an Ex-Mode attack. He wields a broadsword, and can be quick on his feet, flexible and acrobatic.

Whoever the author is (I didn't write any of the Bios), made it with the intent not to completely spoil the story for the game.

"Completely" being a relative term. Not sure why it would bother you.

Kefka players are almost always in the air. The standard set is to use Waggly Wobbly, Extra Crispy Firaga, and either Lickity-Split Thundaga against aerial fighters, or Scatter-Shot Blizzaga against fighters better on the ground.

Now, I thought instead of adding two new characters for each game, which would be a pain and highly improbable, Square Enix would add a few prominent characters to each side.

P.S. Not a huge FFX fan so I didn't know whether to choose Auron or Yuna.

I'd love to see Tifa whale on some bad guys. Or Zack, but that's mostly because I like that character so much.

I'd love to see Tifa whale on some bad guys. Or Zack, but that's mostly because I like that character so much.

Seeing as how they screwed us over by giving Cloud the worst stats of any character in the game, I say let them keep their FF7 characters and give some older characters some much needed spotlight time. But that's just my opinion. Who knows, Zack might be a costume for Cloud.

Here's what I use.

Cecil and Golbez: Wall Rush
Garland: EXP -> Bravery
Tidus: Dodge -> Bravery with Smiting Soul thrown in for kicks
Bartz: He can be pretty much anything, but I'm building him around Goblin Punch with Wall Rush/EX Mode (not sustained)/EXP -> Bravery

As for Jecht and WoL, I don't know. I've never managed to be anywhere near competant with Jecht, and WoL just sucks. You can hardly go wrong with an EXP -> Bravery build, though.

Just remake it so that Cloud's alternate costume is the infamous purple dress and I don't think anyone would object. XD
