Dissidia: Final Fantasy - Released in All Major Territories!

I'd like to see them put in FuSoYa or Tellah or Vivi or any other Mage character for that matter.

Every time I try to imagine either of them attempting to do the melee fighting, I just end up seeing them fruitlessly floating upside down, with their long flowing robes turned up over their heads, and their chocobo-patterned undies showing.

Hm...Chocobo-patterned undies you say? I think thats a great idea. I think Square Enix should clothes with their characters, creatures, etc. on them. I'd buy them all. biggrin

Anyway, back on topic...Japanese magazine Gamaga interviews nomura, he says the battle system is "so conceived in such a way that you have to use only one unique button in battles" whatever that means.

Not sure if this is true (hopefully not, i think that would kinda suck imo) i haven't found a link or anything yet...

FFIII didn't have voice acting, so neither will this one most likely.

Gamaga is reliable, but I am actually hoping this news in untrue. Because if thats so, then it really is just a KH engine, and I'll hate it so much.

I think so, that scene might be the whole WORLD VS GIANT OF BABEL scene that was in the original, where that had tanks and airships trying to take it out.

I doubt there will be voice acting. The speakers on the DS are so low in quality that you think you're listening to a tin can drop down a stairwell.

As for the "one unique button in battles" bit... gah. Who knows what the heck he means by that.

I'm so excited! I got tingles in all the right places. biggrin

This is fantastic! Its about time this game got remade. This is one of the very few Final Fantasy's that deserved to be remade with better graphics and what not. I would've preferred them to remake it on the PS3 but this is just as good. Trairer...lol.
