Dissidia: Final Fantasy - Released in All Major Territories!

Square Enix is slowly spreading Final Fantasy to other types of gaming genre. Would you like them to continue this trend?

I really want to know what the enviorments will be like.
Apparently you can break stuff to build up, but what stuff will there be?

The Zidane scan just looks like a bunch of orange boxes.
The Warrior of Light - Garland clash could be a castle or something.

Wonder if it will just be one big room to fight in or what.

A constantly evolving stage would be a nice touch, like Pokemon Stadium, or Power Stone 2 levels.

Has it been confirmed yet if leveling up characters is an in-battle only thing or will it carry on to out of battle as well?

It leaves me with the mental image of a level 70 Sephiroth taking on a level 1 Kuja.
That could cause issues.

But have they really announced anything indepth about the equipment/skills/leveling system?

Nothing yet. But I think it will carry out of battle for certain modes of play. I mean, level 34 in a battle? That's pretty high, no? Unless they really ruin the point of leveling up.

Alot of the things I really want to know have not been confirmed.
But I'm with everyone else there, argh.

Enviorment.
Battle System.
Leveling.
Degree of online play.

My main elements of concern.

The number of characters and who is or will not be in is far less important to me. confused

And Secret, the audio file at the beginning, reminds me of SNES music.

One thing I can answer for you Elevar is that leveling will be a part of it. It's fairly small, but on the first scan if you squint your eyes and look at where their hit points bars are at, you see their names and their levels.

The ones on the top will be above the bar and the bottem will be below it. So it is safe to assume that leveling your characters will be a part of it.

Also from what I can see from the four scans, any charachter is playable and it can be a hero v.s. hero, villain v.s villain, villain (you playing as the villain) v.s hero, or vice versa.

On the top, we see Kujas Hit Point bar. Above the bar we see LV 34 Kuja. On the bottem we see Zidane's Hit Point bar. Even though I accidently cut half of it off, I can see LV 23 Zidane Tribal


On top we see LV 51 Gardland. Bottem LV 38 Warrior od Light


We can't really see very well on the picture who is on top or who it is in the picture, but I can only assum it's Warrior of light or Sephiroth (I doubt it). On the bottem is LV 41 Gardland.


On top would be a LV 51 (Yes, I can see extreamly small text) Gardland. Bottem would be a LV 23 Zidane Tribal


On top is a LV 43 Warrior of Light and a LV 32 Kuja (? Things are in the way so I cannot be clear.)

First of all, he's still contributing to the thread, and secondly, that's incredibly snobby and elitist.
