While Sony is known to publish games aimed towards the adolescence to adult demographics, they are entitled to release games that look "kiddie". Just like how Nintendo systems are entitled their INCREDIBLY small share of violent games.

Well let's talk a bit more about the potential characters for Dissidia without fanwanking. Selphie in your honest opinion, using your marketing and deduction skills, who do you think will be the other playable characters for the game?

Wasn't the one scan saying that there would just be the main characters and their opposition?

Of course, that leaves alot open to interpertation. For instance, FFVI's main character, or who would oppose Firion (The Emporer or Leon).

Cloud will have to be a character in there. There's no doubt about it. With the Light versus Dark (Good vs. Evil) and Sephiroth making an appearance in the trailer, this only confirms that.

Like everyone else have deduced, it would most likely encompass the main character of each game from 1 through 10 along with their villain counterpart. However, Nomura has gone on to state that he wants to add in additional characters.

On a marketing standpoint, we could only assume that there might be additional members of FFVII cast which includes Angeal, Zack Fair and other people who are in Crisis Core since character models have been made for them.

The antagonists from the game are also playable judging by the scans.





If Beatrix isn't in there, I'm going to throw a fit. She looks normal/awesome in her supposedly super-deformed model and I look forward to a non super-deformed one.

It's good that Nomura wants more characters in it. I mean Good Vs. Evil is fun and all, but only for so long. I would like for more characters to be in the game, even if they are good, evil, or chaotic neutral.

Cloud vs Sephiroth is a given. You simply have to be some old sk00l fanwank or lived under a rock for the past 10 years to deny them.

For FFIV, I would prefer if it were Cecil vs Kain. (Well I personally hate Cecil but he's a damn given.) Golbez I suppose would the the one for the evil side, since Kain is sort of borderline chaotic neutral.

FFV... No one deserves to be in the game. No one. Not even the lesbo pirate woman. Sorry. sad But I know deep in my heart that some fool from that game will be in it,

+ Edea (MILF gonk )

+ Beatrix
+ Rufus (But I highly, highly doubt it would happen.)
+ Turks
