Dissidia: Final Fantasy - Released in All Major Territories!

Square Enix is slowly spreading Final Fantasy to other types of gaming genre. Would you like them to continue this trend?

There are way too many FF characters for them to pull off all of them being in a 3D environment on PSP.

Clearly they won't have ALL the characters, by the sound of it they might just have two from each game, and that might not inculde the spinoffs.

Not there is, there was. Just as there was a new trailer to XIII and Versus XIII.
I say 'was' because it's not released to the public, and so it's existence is only in the minds of those who saw it at the SEparty, hence it's in the past.

It is official. A trailer has been shown at the party and everyone who went is talking about it. I'm going to be searching for it after the party is over, but I'm sure you guys will be doing that before I get to it.

Youtube has yet to have any leaked footage, and there's nothing at Gametrailers just yet.

Also, no release date has been announced, even for Japan.

I just found out about this, thanks to seeing your name popup on the last poster spot, and wanted to see what my old pal Anorhc was up to. I have to say, I'm glad you started this thread, because even though I don't have a Playstation Portable I love to hear about new Final Fantasy stuff.

That said, Zidane (let's face it; the best character ever... possibly) really caught my eye. I'll keep an eye out for a leaked video and do what I can to contribute to this thread should I have the time!

I had a feeling it was but the Dissidia Kuja seems a little different when compared to his FFIX self so I wasnt sure if it was him or a character made to look like him.

I thought he looked pretty different, too (not in a bad way though). I think Kuja actually looks more like a male in Dissidia than he did in IX, so that kind of threw me off at first. XD

As a fighting game fan the words "Final Fantasy Fighting Game" caught my eye!

Not trying to be overtly negative, but I've got bad feelings about this game, only because Squaresoft/Squarenix can't make a decent fighting game to save their lives. However, I'm only assuming that it does play along the lines of a traditional fighting game. Only time will tell, however.

Also, Kain and Cecil! <3 The final cast of characters will be interesting to see, and will most likely be a cross section of characters from all the FF games. I'm hoping that some Final Fantasy Tactics characters show up in this.

Can't wait to see the trailer!
