Dissidia: Final Fantasy - Released in All Major Territories!

Also, I'm offering 2k in gold for each character that gets a written summary by any of you guys. Please read the character summaries on the first page written by Lolita Doll and Ran-Chan to get an idea of what I am looking for.

I expect those who are writing about the character to be experts about researching, and not be bias. I will be making corrections when necessary, and if I think the summaries are no good, I will deny it all together. This is not a first come, first serve basis. Whoever writes the better summary will get 2k (maybe even more if you amaze me). Fair enough?

Aww, I'm kinda disappointed that Terra's hair is blonde instead of green. :( I hope her alternate costume will have green hair.

I think its a little too early to tell, what with only being able to see his head and part of his right shoulder. But I'm willing to bet the clothing will turn out to be more like Amano's portraits, which were mainly a blue/black/grey color scheme.

Roumaji: Ken o tsukatta hissatsu wa mochiron, mahou datte ote no mono! Onion Knight no waza de aru "Flare" mo, Battsu wa jisai ni tsukai konaseru zo!!

Broken Engrish: "As for sword-used special techniques, of course, magic being hand-thing! Onion Knight's technique being "Flare" but, as for Bartz, at will use can manage!!"

Better English: Of course he will have special techniques that use his sword; magic is also his forte! "Flare" is Onion Knight's technique, but Bartz is able to handle it at will!!

This SOUNDS like the heresy of Bartz being able to learn Flare from Onion Knight, through blue magic. Alternately, it could suggest that he is stocked with a variety of moves from some or all of the other 19 characters, both fighting and magical, in the manner of a developed blue mage.

Or it could still just mean that he has his own Flare, from 5 Advance, which seems less likely.

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that there will be a Monster Arena aspect. True, every character fighting every character at least once makes for 100 different battle scenarios, but I'd still like to have the variety of a few imps to stomp inbetween for training. If thats so, Bartz might specialize in blue magic learned from that.

So far every character has been pretty unique. I'm curious how Exdeath and Golbez, two very similar characters, will set themselves apart. Likewise, I'm curious how Terra will be displayed as a magic user.

FFV mimes were essentially a carrier class - their only base command is Mimic, and unlike the other jobs don't automatically set Fight and Item; so unlike any other class they could set three secondary abilities, from the list the character had learned.

FFVI mimes (read: Gogo) had a better aspect: the ability to use the command lists of his allies. And just as Gogo taught the Light Warriors how to be mimes, the playable Gogo can set three abilities apart from Mimic; so it could set Edgar's tools, Sabin's Blitz, and Mog's dances if you felt like it. However, setting Magic was more limited: the available magic was the available magic on the rest of the active party.

If Bartz is a mime, then he is more like Gogo without Gogo's limitation on using Magic; because then, he will have set Onion Sage's Daimahou, and used Flare that way. This actually makes sense in a way.

Editing: But then again, why introduce a probably useless game mechanic when Bartz's Suppin class can still carry two job sets?
