Dissidia: Final Fantasy - Released in All Major Territories!

The two I'm gonna play with are gonna be Jecht and Squall.Why?If you look at all the main protagonists you'll know why. And I still don't get why Ultimecia just junctions Grieve instead of going to her final form.

Because frankly its unsexy, overlarge, and looks like it'd be akward as hell.

The fact that they choose to give Cloud of Darkness legs (Very nice ones at that), even in her Ex-Mode, proves that they're aware the necesity for eyecandy and functionality.

Ultimecia Extreme is just not an ideal candidate. Why the hell do you want it?

Well...if you flip Ultimecia Extreme upside down she'd be sexy in a kinda creepy way(sorry I was in the generals forum and typing silly things), but seriously seeing her junction herself onto Griever is just kinda meh to me, ya know? She doesn't even need to be overlarge and I don't think it'll be awkward. Plus it is her final form, ya know? I don't suppose in her Griever form, she gets naked and have Griever only covering her privates does it?Serious question here.

If you want it seriously, its more to do with practical programing.

So far, all of the Exmodes have been pretty much just costume alterations. At the very least, they're fully humanoid and retain their original movements. Jecht ooks more human then not in his Final Aeon form, and Onion Knight's Ninja/Sage outfits are merely outfits. Zidane has a full costume change as well, but his physical form is still the same. People like Firion,Tidus don't costume change at all, but merely glow and change weapon forms. Dark Cloud doesn't change at all, except that she's green.

I think they wanted to keep Ultimecia in the same model type, for the sake of keeping thins uniform, and easy to deal with. Using Extreme would require a totaly different model from what she has right now. Their ideas are to parralel herself and Squall, as her Exmode is a Spell Spam version of Renzokuken.

I'll side with you though if Ex-Death, Kefka, and Sephiroth end up taking on their Extreme forms, since then it WOULD be hypocritical to completely change their outfits.

As a last argument, Greiver IS an important storyline aspect. At least, it has more reference then the WTF last bit of boss form that Ultimecia is.

Yeah, I noticed her Ex-mode is sort of like Squall's too. So much for originality, huh? As for Griever, maybe I just don't like lions that much?

If they left his original outfit, and let the hair grow out, I'd be fine with it.

I only played KH2, I thought he looked fine. They just completely removed his personality.

I personally enjoyed the fact that Squall was an a*****e. It makes everything much more interesting. If a hero, who is always - in the end - going to save the world, it's boring if their personality is purely "good".

I'm really curious about how Firion's Exmode will play out. It appears that he looks more like his in-game design, with no bandana and very wild, gravity defying bangs, and a red motif to his clothing.

This would make sense, considering Cloud of Darkness follows this pattern as well, turning the same toxic green she does in her game art.

I'm not happy with Tidus though, as well he does is gain a meak purple glow.

Would this be that the VI Hero is Terra? Terra was controlled by Kefka for some time until the beginning of FFVI. (Am I right? I haven't played it but that is what I read.)

- Next scene after that is Sephiroth. He says "The despair you desire, shall I give it to you? After all, you are a puppet."
That's gotta be referring Cloud. Cloud's been told that how many times in FFVII and Advent Children?

As for the second scene it could be referring to Terra, she was literally Kefka's puppet would it not be a zany turn of events if he could abuse his overused monologuing on another FF hero(ine).

It probably will be Terra, (shes on the FF6 logo and all >:V) I just like to think of Celes as the main heroine, especially for the last half of the game. >_<

And for FF7 I think it would be awesome if they didn't use Cloud and used Aerith instead. Honestly I think I'm not the only one tired of Cloud vs. Seph montage and he and Aerith had a pretty intense relationship in the game. Honestly I'm going out on a limb here but there's only so many times omnislash can look cool.

Crisis Core and Last Order basically repeat one of the Final Fantasy VII fights o .o and I haven't seen the fights in Ergeihz, Kingdom Hearts One and Kingdom Hearts Two. I also like the fight in Advent Children.
I like Cloud's fighting with Sephiroth and the story behind it.
I knew there were Die hard Aerith fans, just not any that would want her reviving, there's no point to it at all.
