Dissidia: Final Fantasy - Released in All Major Territories!

so............apparently alternate outfits are in. As in the third trailer you can see squall in his seed uniform and firion in an alternate uniform as well. Firion's alternate is based on his amano art apparently or at least that's what i heard of. although it seems that squall's seed uniform bares no reference to amano's artwork of him in seed uniform at all.

While its obvious each battle with a villain will involve the final boss music (Dancing Mad, The Extreme, One Winged Angel, etc), what music will play when you have to fight other heroes? Do you think they'll use actual boss music, or simple battle music?

I'm kinda torn about what I want. When battling Cloud, I definetly would rather hear Those Who Fight Further (Which was left out of AC), where as in a battle with Squall I'd prefer to hear Raid on Dollet, since thats a really iconic song.

What do you guys think?

And I'm still wondering if there is ever going to be a Character vs Monster mode to get level up points. It'd be lovely to be able to kick swarms of Goblins around.

Well there's always some original music for the game.
But yeah, the ones you've mentioned are pretty good choices. With Squall though, I wouldn't argue with "Maybe I'm a lion", always liked that song.
Or maybe J-E-N-O-V-A for Cloud?

As for levelling up, I hope they have the mode you suggested, I'd like for you to be able to take a character that you'd use in multiplayer and customise and level them.
(That's probably been confirmed, if it has, that's good news o .o)

I'm not sure if the main website has been updated. But Cecil has just been confirmed at GameTokyo.

You can switch between the two forms during battle I think. And Cecil's Paladin forms will have a staff for a weapon.

(Which is weird, he should have the Lightbringer (I may be wrong on the sword name) sword on him as Paladin.)

Cecil has a sword on his hip, but the staff will probably be his main weapon.
This is why they gave him that staff if anyone was wondering.
