Thank god I am not the only one. No wonder I didn't understand the storyline well in FF12 and FF13. Time to read books again... if I am bothered. Don't know if its me but I understood the storyline quite well from FF1-10 unlike FF12-13

You can tell that the translation team has certain, wordy preferences. Here's a fun little quest: In each of the modern (XII or later) Final Fantasy games, main series or otherwise, try to find at least one instance of the phrase "Mummer's Farce". cat_ninja
