Why isnt Hitomi on the list?

Shes the most decent female fighter on DOA4 that dosen't have boobs flying around everywhere. Shes one of the REAL female fighters. But helena is pretty fun to play too. and she isnt on the list either. And then their is Jan Lee. hes okaay.
