Yes, with the exception of Cole, Yoshimitsu, King, and TORO/KURO, we can change the language of characters between Japanese and English (at the time I write this, of course). That goes for the Tekken characters who up until now have only spoken Japanese. Who wants to keep a tally of how many characters get their English dub butchered? I already know I'll be keeping Juri, Poison, and Dictator in Japanese if I ever get the game.
