Call me cray, but maybe Bad Box Art Megaman could work for UMVC3. Give a super that's like Dante's Million Dollars only you can aim it to represent people who can rapid fire in Megaman games and make his Cross Art thing where he runs at the opponent while sooting them. For specials he can use his gun for some Megaman powers and have him throw other powers (Metal Blade, Tengu Cyclone, etc.). The cheesy voice would actually fit very nicely and they could give him Alts for regular Megaman colors and the Megaman design from the Captain N cartoon.

Taking some of what Cray said, the only way they'd put BBAMegaman in umvc3 is if people beg him NOT to be in it. Just going by the recent behavior from Capcom.
