Because I need all the frames I can to get my attacks out. If Im off by a couple frames I ******** up and in lag, I wont the s**t I want ontime...

Ah. Totally understandable, then. XD' Sometimes lag can be so bad that you can see what your opponent is going to do next. <_<' It's like trying to fight in 1/4 speed. Probably worse.

Also I've seen that video. When I saw interpretation I was expecting some Orchestra to play the main theme for Brawl. D: Well I'm going to bed now. I think my brother erased all the Brawl friend list codes! Gah that makes me mad! I was expecting to see someone online tonight, not that there would be, but just to check just in case. Instead I see a big ugly gray box and I began to cry. Not really. I went to Basic Brawl and had a few laughs of fighting spammers and winning.

Oh man I wish I had saved that video as a replay. As of tonight I had gotten into a Sudden Death on Sky World with someone playing as Toon Link. I was playing as Ness. I used PK Thunder to try and scare the player and I did. I jumped up on the second platform on the left and stood there for a quick bit. Then I jumped on top of the highest platform and he jumped up there with me. I don't know what he was doing, but I swung my bat at him and I lol'd so hard how his character just flew off the screen! XD I did the same with a Marth player. He for some reason used his taunt in Sudden Death and I struck him with a bat.

This is how I see it because Ness' bat is so slow vs the one in Melee. If you get hit by Ness' bat, then there is a problem. I won eight straight matches against a friend of mine. He used his whole army of characters he plays as and I took them all out. I was kind of shocked. His ZSS kept getting whacked by my Ness' bat. Anyway enough bragging rights because I know I suck at fighting you guys and gals over here. <_<' I'm going to bed now. ._. I had fun for a bit.

Well by that I mean like..short hopping back and running forward in quick succession...Ive played Melee with SHFFLing, Wavedashing, waveshining and all of that long before Brawl so I got used to it really quickly. but yeah, like I said, its the new thing of short hopping back, and because there is now 0 landing lag from a jump, you can instantly run out of it...That is what I have to get used to

I'm sure you can get it. We just have to keep practicing and training.
It sounds very affective. If it works for all characters I may have to look into that sometime.

Dodging is a thing that you dont really have to work on...As long as you never stand still and dont get to predicatable. Sometimes the best dodges arent rolls, sidesteps, or airdodges but just plain getting the ******** out of the way like what I usually do. And tilts should be easy >.> You see me do it all the time :3 Just be gentle when pressing up. Just barely push up and you should have it...

Haha thanks for the advice! Agh tilts don't seem easy. But my controls are set to no auto jump.

There is a disadvantage to having your tap jump turned off. what is it? You cant do an upb, or an upsmash out of the shield -frowns- And Marth's reverse upb out of the shiled is incredibly strong...And sexy because it involves a shield...

lol ya thanks! Man but you're pretty good at the footstool that like raped my kirby that time. I didn't think we would both end up picking him. Guess if you could jump a lot then why not footstool? I wanna learn how footstool to mess up peoples short hops like that ABC guy. Meteor smashing with it is too hard for me x.x

Well when you are a little constantly puffy jumping ball of pink doom, you tend to footstool alot. It's funny though but that was the only time I beat you wasn't it, I think you 2-stocked me, but I don't remember.

That was to much of a coincendence for both of us to pick Kirby though.

I love to Meteor smash, especially with Ganon.

But maybe later we can train eachothers Kirby, I'd love mine to get a little better.

I just realized a good kirby skill to have would be pikmin and dededee minion eating hahahaha. since you can't really catch those. I think it works since wario and dededee can eat pikmin if they're right in the mouth. Dededee would work as long as spikey didn't come out x.x
