Trunks will win.

Unfortunately for Hitsugaya, he got paired against a hybrid sayain, who have much more potential than full-blooded sayains.

The only drawback to his near limitless potential is that he doesn't have a lust for power like most full-blooded sayains do, with the exception of Goku.

Also, Super Sayain Hitsugaya is non-canon, especially since he's not a sayain.

Try harder. Trunks has this one in the bag.
