No SantaMonica no longer has anything to do with the game. They handed it over to Sony.

I believe they'll be releasing another patch to change some characters and thats it. From what I know.

There's a patch coming out this fall to balance characters, and release new skins for characters like Kat, Emmett, etc. They're finally nerfing Kat!
